I wanna move to that area with my family when I finish nursing school but I don’t even know where to begin! We moved to South Florida 5 years ago and I just hate it.
You should mention Apple and other companies coming into or close to Morrisville. Apple alone will change Morrisville quite a bit with average salaries in the mid $1xxk levels. Facebook on its way as well and lots of supporting companies. This should hold and then increase the desire to live in Morrisville.
Morrisville is very centralized for sure 100%. It was very convenient and pretty. Loved it! Took me 15 minutes to drive to IBM in RTP for work. Close to the airport. Shops and cool restaurants. Beautiful parks. Clean , clean , clean. Well at least where I lived on by Preston and Morrisville parkway. Very diverse. Mostly Indians as the years went by. Still a melting pot. I don’t think I met a NC native while living there.
Drove through there this weekend. Saw Chess sticker at red light. Then drove up the street and Mo'ville police had Toyota pulled over with "Be Patient - Student Driver Sticker" in 2 minute span.
Also, I huge problem in Morrisville: people like to switch multiple lanes with no signal even though there are cars already in the lanes... then get made at YOU for daring to be in THEIR way. While this can be a problem most everywhere, it is so maddening in Morrisville. Drivers there are awful and the laws don't apply to them.
It’s hard to keep track in that general area of which address is in Cary, Morrisville or Apex. These towns’ boundaries really overlap. Thanks for the correction.
10 yr moratorium on all immigration. I have worked in Mville, way to many indians. All due to cheaper to pay H1 visa than actual americans. Sold out our country, shame.
Not an Indian, but I am sure the second generation are just as American as you and me.. pretty sure they make just as much as Americans in tech. As for your immigration ban. That's just an excuse for below average people who can't compete to get a job just because they are born here.
How about you get your lazy ass educated and to work rather than blaming others for everything. And maybe learn some decency from your immigrant neighbors. Get civilized, its high time.
@@Ice-178 People from India live and work in Morrisville. They are on H1 Visas, American Citizens don't get the jobs. Corporations and Government conspired to deprive Americans of their rights.
@@carlosbaja678 this makes no sense. You stated that it’s cheaper to pay H1 visas and bring ppl in from India instead of giving jobs to Americans. The area median income for Morrisivlle is $110,000, meaning these are high paying jobs. How is that cheaper? Your statement is a non-sequitor.

There's also a weekly farmer's market, an Education and a Community garden in Morrisville. Nice video on Morrisville!
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you. You made me more prepared when moving to NC. And a plus moving to Burlington, with all those nice people.
Glad we were able to help! Hope you’re liking it here
I miss Morrsiville
It's a great place

You should check out our other videos. We have talked extensively about that. Thanks

It will also increase the cost of living even more.

Morrisville is the official home of both "Chess" and "Student Driver - Please Be Patient" bumper stickers" (& all on Toyota cars).
😄 Yes!

Could you make a video for Moving to Fuquay Varina ?
We did about 6 weeks ago! Look about 12 videos back and it’s there!
@@LivinginRaleighTV I’ll check that out, thank you !
its "Known as North Carolina's "little India" by locals" according to wikipedia..
The local Indians as a joke call it “Brown Town”. .
It's a beautiful locating! Easy to by retaire . But no good food around , to many dark areas at night expensive for be nc very close to durham.
apex is 10 minutes away as well
These comments are ruthless. Morrisville is comprised of different ethics. Indian/white and black
Cedar Fork elementary is about 90% Indian so not very diverse at all.

In fairness, Morrisville is otherwise awesome. Cary/Apex/Morrisville is a great area.
This is so fact. I drive through aviation Blvd often and can't stand the drivers in cary, apex,Morrisville
Lived there early 2000 s.. had nothing except close to the airport. Now it's pretty built up.
Exactly. Thanks for sharing
There is also HMart in Morrisville. Great Korean grocery supermarket.
It’s actually in Cary so we put it in the Cary video. But yes, AMAZING grocery store and super close to Morrisville! Thanks

@@SetyTheBlue Yes it is very confusing!
Let's be honest, this place is little India. There arent many other people there compared to Indians, but I'm sure you're not allowed to say that lol
Sone places are acceptable to Hindus. and some aren't. I reside in such a place, that is, rather, inhospitable towards them.
Is that a problem to you???
@@MoniqKenyUSA not to me, no. Just something to keep in mind if it is to others moving there
Morrisville = Indians = Cheap = this video not too much accurate = Most areas still on development. I’m local.
Morrisville is NOT cheap. It’s one of the higher priced cities in the Triangle.
Just found racist person
Another typical racist American!

AMI is $110,000 so not sure what you are talking about.
