Do you know what else loves the native salvia/tropical sage? Painted buntings! The very first time I spotted one in my garden was in the "woodland" section (an area that is geared for the wildlife - aka a bit wild and unkempt). He was feeding on the salvia seeds. That was years ago, and they've been here every fall/winter since. By far one of the most colorful birds we have here in Lakeland. It was one of those "bucket list" items as a gardener for me (kind of like the zebra swallowtail). I keep planting those pawpaws. . . someday! 🥰
I did not know that. I have such a variety of birds that visit my garden, and I have to confess that even though I absolutely love them, I know so little about them. But, I it is on my list of things I want to learn more about. We are going to get those Zebra swallowtails. 🥰🥰🥰
Recently, I visited Your TH-cam channel and I found some problems. I think and believe that if you can fix that problem, your channel will grow very gradually. Then your channel possible to grow.

Once you get it, you have it! I love it but I do pull it when it gets a bit ratty looking.

I hand water daily, unless it rains, potted plants daily, then different sections on different days.

That is the one thing I have avoided. I had it, then I had more, then it was working on world domination. Took me three years to get the seedlings out
