- Featuring Yamakasi, the founders of art du déplacement, also called parkour or freerunning.
The word ''Yamakasi'' originates from the African Congolese Lingala language meaning ''Strong Man, Strong Spirit''.
The group consisted of Yann Hnautra, Chau Belle, David Belle, Laurent Piemontesi, Sébastien Foucan, Guylain N'Guba Boyeke, Charles Perriere, Malik Diouf and Williams Belle.
,,The very best of Yamakasi'' is beautiful,i love yamakashi
Parkour is breakdancing-gymnastics, and glorious. I'd break most bones in my body attempting much of this. Respect.
Yes my favourite yamakasi video on youtube, I practice parkour and I love this sport...
Grand kif ! C'est vraiment le must ^^ il doit pas y avoir plus fort que eux :) Un gros like pour eux !

i wish there were groups like that here in my town too :(
my greatest respect goes out to the yamakasi's they started it all
Foucan uses the Inov-8 f-lite 320PK :) Great shoe.
@LINKchris87 ilabaca is a great traceur. And besides, parkour has evolved. Now there is control on the movement, and not so much big drops

@faiz434 ilabaca is one of my all time favourite traceurs!!! what i dont like is how kids try to imitate english pk style all around the world, everyone wearing the same pants and moving the same ;-)
Poesia en movimiento
I'm pretty sure Jackie Chan was doing most of this stuff already.
