I got him down to 200 health and learned that project moon decided to change the rules on cutscene-critical sinners and turned heathcliff into a tensei game protag. And by that I mean he died and I have to do the whole fight again. Probably did this in response to people cheesing Ricardo with ishmael
I did this first try, more so because his gimmick stays the same after 6-33 and I had so many loses in there, had to restart 6-33 so much I got to learn him and then found the team to perfectly counter him with no problem. (High rolling and tanky sinners, 2 of them has sinking which helped a lot)
I tried to beat this with Pequod+Middle (only 5 units, Capn Ish got the second slot) and when that just didn’t work I resorted to my sinking team but it was the primitive version as I didn’t get any of the butlers or gredgar. They were all level 40 btw. It was dieci rod and Hong, spicyi sang, boat ish, sadcliff and no one else as cliff got the second slot. The sinking, even tho I couldn’t hold a proper stack of it, was able to manage Heathcliff?’s sanity well enough to let me win.
ok i watched the preview of the video and imidiately saw u using middle mersault, i dont know if you have any other ids but middle mersault is just not good for this stage. one thing you should know about this stage, the enemy is resistant to all damage types, he changes his sin afinity weakness through out the fight aswell, so i see why you stugled

After beating this guy, I will certainly say he’s quite a beast. How this heathcliff got so strong I don’t know but man he’s a tough cookie.

He's playing an envy team. M mersault is fine in that team here. especially for nuking him through his last phase.
it's an envy team he can apply immaculate debuffs and very good buffs to envy attacks
