What limbus needs is some system in that bringing less people than your max, grants you a bonus, like an extra skill slot or taking and deal X less damage.
Bringing less people does give you extra skill slots. Normally you only have 1 skill slot each in a team of six, but as you can see in the video Meur has 3 and so does Heath. Every turn your team gets 1 extra skill slot until you reach max if you have less than the maximum, so if you only bring five people whoever is 1st on your team gets an extra slot next turn, then if you only have 4 your second person gets a slot too... etc.
@@corvidreactor7356 Im thinking more of the start of combat having more than 1 slot. Most solo dies from turn one beat downs, like fighting Hindley. Or having mega stacks of effects, because you lack the way to defend against them unless you have an evade in a focus fight. Im thinking like having them start with 1 extra slot at less than half the team Max, so you can take on the early beat down.

Took me ~3 hours of resets so probably ~200 resets? Mostly resets on turn 1-2 because of losing clashes.
