Medical students tho hothay thay lekin teaching staff aur patients nai hotha. Isliye humara govt 6 months ka temporary recognition ghoos dekar khareedtha tha. Aaj kal tho lottery ka dukaan bhi aisi hi bada aur spacious hotha hai.
"the patient was alright two years back"...this line is completely wrong....the line should be "the patient was apparently well"..many teachers will ask how would i know pt was alright two years back, did u see it?? etc...
You said in unsafe type discharge is initially purulent and when mucosa involved it becomes mucopurulent. Shouldn't it be mucoid then? What's the difference between mucopurulent and purulent discharge? If mucosa is involved it should be mucoid. Secondary bacterial infection makes it mucopurulent.
