But Stephanie is going to mess everything up anyway, so it doesn't matter how the company was split up in the past. I really indulge Stephanie so much after Eric cheated on her like this.
To answer your question- at one point Brooke gave some stock to ricks adopted son- who was really DEACONS bio son. Amber had stolen him from her cousin or something and tried to pass him off as her own. When deacon got custody he became the trustee of that percentage of stock and then gave it to Steph for revenge.
