I didn't realize this is theme for Watashi, as it sounds very elegant and fragile, which... is kind of opposite to Watashi's appearance. However I think it fits perfectly whenever Watashi reminisce about the past.
i heard this first 4 years ago, and then i completely forgot about it, but at 4 am i went back through my old accounts and found i had posted this but i don't know Japanese so i just had some of the piece. I recorded it on my PC and took it through audacity trying to use Snapchat's music identifier, and then 2 music recognition apps before it took me here. I am so blessed!!
@@johnx8796 I disagree. This anime makes you work. At first, the anime seems like just a jumble of random occurrences with the protagonist with his foil, Ozu. But the characters, atmosphere, unique animation style, and great soundtrack keep you enticed. Then once you reach the final 2 episodes, it becomes extremely interesting. Everything in the entire series, every line, no matter how random it sounded, was connected. I think Tatami Galaxy is the most appreciated upon multiple rewatches. But if you didn't pay attention to the anime enough, you won't enjoy it, because you won't understand the nuances of the story.
@@Guac4Lif3 So, you're implying I didn't pay attention? Not true, I absolutely paid attention when I watched it. In fact, I'm going through a rewatch right now. The music, atmosphere, and characters kept me compelled, but there's a difference between compelled and entertained. I still maintain that this show is slower, and, aside from the last 2 episodes, it was subdued. That's just what I think. It's not about misunderstanding the nuances of the story or whatever, it's just that I personally felt it to be very mild in outright entertainment value, not that it's a bad show.
This is amazing, I heard this 3 years ago and I would always listen to it. When I used to listen to this I was in a really rough time but this would always calm me down. Then I just kinda forgot about this and now I come back because I need this. Fast as the internal dialogue of the main protagonist lmao
Man this show is brilliant. I really love the soundtrack.
It's so good just to be alive
The violin in the beginning almost sounds like "ironic sadness": becoming real towards the end

if you haven't watched the anime you should give it a try. Its somewhat different from the shonesque pop regular anime.
@@brunoredin6172 It's very different. But also kinda boring. But still, if you're into niche stuff I'd say go for it.

I forgot this very beautiful song... I've listened to it at least a year ago. Good memories..

Just listening and remembering this masterpiece again.
I got chills when I hear it again in the spin off.
Just beautiful.

I was watching anime campaign and almost cried during the entirety of part 2 and especially after the final battle because of this song
This time reminds me of going for a a stroll in a city park in the 1930s.

Because watashi's heart is so pure

Under threatening trees, see we-for leaves we be
This reminds me of some songs of the "Nanatsu no tico" OST. Beautiful.
Naven's Interpersonal Communication classes
i like the song but why does the main character talk so fast in the anime?
It's to mimic the stream of consciousness.
he just thinks fast, but talks normally
It's also because some of the lines are 1 to 1 from the novel
Read faster.
im glad i learnt how to speed read
For some reason this theme reminds me of Akashi-san
It's good to come back

it's too fast , if violin slow then this it's maybe perfect
If you want it slower, you can click the tool on the bottom right, and change the speed to 0.75.
It's as fast as it needs to be, not a bit faster or slower. I trust the composer when he or she wrote this song. Otherwise why would it sound so good
Everything about Tatami Galaxy is fast. Lol
the piano version is a bit slower, and i think that the fast almost upbeat version suits the violin
It fits Watashi perfectly since he's fast paced
