However, the “little” detail not mentioned at all is. How do you get the phone numbers to call? For sure the calls can be made, but where do these numbers and names can be reached? Hi, I am a new realtor. I'm 2 months in. I want to work with buyers for now. I've done a lot of farming, social media and footwork. But, I haven't done any calling. What platform was he using to call in his first three months or how was he getting the phone numbers?
@@fuzuzafitness8354 Thanks. I have since heard that 99.9% of people have never been fined and to just go ahead and call. You aren’t supposed to keep calling and bugging them obviously but one time isn’t a big deal and nothing will happen.
What I'm missing....once he gets these 100+ listings how is he marketing the listings different and getting them in front of buyers/buyer agents and getting them sold and under contract?

Are real estate agents regulated the same as telemarketers? Do they have to follow state law in regards to phones calls and Do Not Call Registry?
Yes that’s correct.
Are people on the Do Not Call list listed on the dialers? Do you have to look that up before making each call?!

Great content here. When Abe is saying "60 contacts a day" is that just the amount of dials or did he get 60 people contact info from talking to them?
60 conversations with homeowners about selling their home. It’s probably about 400-500 dials.
