Something I would like add--I completed my first e2 application by myself and even though I had a company in the US and $150k in intangible assets and $120k of inventory under its name, because my $120k of inventory wasn't physically located in the US at the time of my interview, my visa waa denied. I have since resolved the issue and applied again, but I wanted to make others aware. Good luck!
He says come prepared for the interview and know your business. Yet he said he's the one who overlooks the application when it first comes in and pretty much decides yes or no. So in reality it's already pre decided before you go up to the window for your interview. 😮
He advises coming prepared and knowing your business well, even though he initially reviews the application and often decides upfront. Preparation is still key for the interview.
