Nice road trip 😀 We set off this Friday from Preston in our car for the long drive to Sucina in southern Spain via Dover Calais route £147 return Irish ferries ⛴ Are first stop over is Angoulême in France 🇫🇷 lol 😆We stay in B&Bs about £48 a night 👍🏻 Then we drive to Pau then cross the Pyrenees at the som port tunnel into Spain 🇪🇸 🤩 Safe travels guys 😀

I was just going to say stay at that site then saw you said you were staying in B&Bs - very nice lake to go for a walk around if you have time 😉 That’s the way we drove although we went to Lourdes first but came back via the Somport Tunnel (which is in our latest video) Will you be stopping in the Pyrenees at all? It was so lovely there. Hopefully it will be nice and hot for you in that part of Spain - we have friends moving near to there in a few weeks so will be popping into see them when we go on our next big trip at Easter next year. Thanks for a great vlog, we are looking at Spain in October for two weeks and are undecided whether to do a Pyrenees or Spain coast run. Weather will probably decide for us. Thanks again, Tony and Julie.
Ah thats a difficult decision! We had an amazing time in the Pyrenees in both France and Spain but it could be a bit cooler then during October so the Spanish coast might be a better shout ☀️ Do you like hiking/cycling? Hi Emma, you have to check in at least an hour before departure. Our ferry was at 11 pm and I always panic a bit about these sorts of things so we arrived around 9 pm and just sat in the queue for ages. Are you heading off on a ferry soon? Thank you for watching 😍
@@AdventureswithAmandaandMark yes for the first time at Easter. I think it’s departing around 10pm but not sure how long to allow especially with four children to keep entertained if they don’t sleep in the car 😬
@@madelovinglycrochet Oh bless, well I guess if you get there around 8.45 pm you’ll be there before the check in time and hopefully you won’t be waiting in the queue too long before they board. You get given the tickets to your cabin when you check in so as soon as you’re on you can go and get them settled. Make sure you take some travel tablets and that alarm does go off quite early so you possibly won’t get much sleep. Are you coming back during the day?

Spnish road rules are different,they wont hve any slow dawdling etc
