These guys have almost exclusively developed Nintendo games for their whole existence. If Nintendo doesn't want to make a new F-Zero they should just hire these guys to make it!
Fuzunga The Team itself is far too small for such an ambitious game. Though they could act as the tech team for it, developing its engines.

The best thing Nintendo has shown at E3 this year. Hands down. I want this game. I want Nintendo buy this company and put them in charge of resurrecting F-Zero.

This game looks hard, like, relentlessly HARD! Even one of the game designers can't win it on the easiest difficulty setting! And you know what? I LIKE IT! It's great to have a truly challenging game in times where most (but not all) games hold your hand through most of the experience...

Emilio Alvarez not to me the cars are overly sleek like wipeout no personality to the cars (or drivers) like wipeout and the view is the same as wipeout. the maps don't have environment effects like in wipeout.

This game should've been included in the digital event! It would've made it a lot better. I'm glad Shin'en is here to pick up the slack when Nintendo doesn't make a new F-Zero. FAST Racing on Wii was really fun, so I'm definitely getting this one.

Nintendo, this game is amazing especially considering this is a eshop only game. I wish you had included it in the Digital Event. Everyone is already saying it, but you should get this developer on board to make the next F-Zero.

Day 1 buy. As is every game by Shin'en. Quality devs who deserve success, I hope this game sells well. All F-Zero hopefuls should be jumping on this, no excuses.

I love developers that do this, they actually put effort in the games to make them look like AAA titles!
Art of balance is one of my favorite games, these guys are great.
These guys are one of your most loyal third party developers, who are making an incredible game that pushes the limits of the Wii U, and yet they get the cold shoulder in your Digital Event. This deserves far more recognition than a 15 minute Mario circlejerk.
This game actually looks awesome! Nintendo should buy them and insert them into their nonexistant F-Zero group...
Nintendo, please hire this guys and make them a first party team. That guy there REALLY KNOWS what he is talking about.
People, support this game. But it. Not only does it look better than 90% of what Nintendo has shown thus far, this is a great way to show Nintendo we care about arcade racers like F-Zero. It's a great way to push a release for that series.

So let me get this straight...
After Nano Assault Neo was finished, Shinen asked themselves what to do next. To answer that question, they looked at the Wii U's line-up and thought "there's a conspicuous lack of anti-grav racing *cough* F-Zero *cough* on this console. Let's make one of those!". And so we have Fast Racing Neo, a game that looks, sounds, and feels like F-Zero, but with some Ikaruga thrown in to keep things fresh. I'm down with that. Also, am I the only one to find the *FULCON CAPITAL* car's name just the slightest bit suspicious?

As a person who LOVES the Wipeout racing games, I definitely like what I see here, I will buy it when it comes out.
This should have been a part of the presentation, and Devils Third as well - which is completely gone it seems.

I love how serious he is in the game. It gives the game a better sense of how exciting and fun it'll be. This game also just looks great! Like a spiritual successor to F-Zero and an arcade racer made now. Can't wait.
Definitely gonna buy this game.

For an Alpha this looks absolutely fantastic, speed, smooth frame rate, awesome visuals, looks like it might be a spiritual successor to WipEout and F-zero.

NinjaChris77 Because it's smaller, Star Fox runs at 60fps on both screens and has more variety and "freedom". And I guess at the end Star Fox will look a bit better than now. Like many other Nintendo games (3D World, MK8).
But it's definitely impressive what the devs at Shin'nen are able to do.
***** The Arwings and enemy ship models themselves look great, the only thing that lets it down is (hopefully) the low res placeholder textures on the background elements like the cliffs.

By the way X looks not that good. Good in terms of design but not pure technical.
And I'm not sure if X runs at 60fps if so it's just on one screen.
Also the gameplay matters. X is really slow compared to Star Fox.
And as I said, they're still working on Star Fox.

Holy crap, these guys made Iridion 3D! That was my favorite tunnel shooter, I played it all the time on my GBA as a kid. Definitely getting this game having played Wipeout and F-Zero a ton.

The game that hypes me the most of the whole nintendo conference, looks amazing ! You can really feel the composer's touch in the Shin'en games, this sounds like nanostray :D

I for one welcome our new Fast Racing Neo overlords.
This game reminds me of the days when games developers actually created games around the specs of the machine it's supposed to be released on, rather than creating a game and then endlessly cutting it back because no current console can run it.
some interesting changes:
- the menu music is different (and is actually not in the final game)
- the course intro sound is different (and ended up unused in the final game)
- boost orbs/pills don't give you more boost yet when collected in midair
- the fans in Scorpio Circuit used to have much bigger blades
- Chuuroh City was renamed to Chuoku City
- Mueller Pacific is playing the song of Sendai Outpost. I believe these have been swapped at some point in development, because the song that now plays in Mueller Pacific is called "sky" in the game's files.
Damn, this looks amazing. Reskin this as F-Zero UX and sell it as a regular game, and it'll sell millions.
Nintendo is missing an incredible opportunity for not giving these guys the attention they deserve. If they got a healthy budget and were allowed to work with the IP, they could do SO MUCH. They have so many cool ideas on the line already. I dig their mechanic.

Adding the Blue Falcon as a playable vehicle would make this all the more better.

The 60fps and the graphics are amazing... this shows what Wii U can do ;)
This excited me more than anything at E3. I love how reminiscent of F-Zero GX this is! The first track reminded me of Port Town Long Pipe, the second one was very Big Blue Drift Highway, and the last one really made me think of Zen Aeropolis. Even the guy shouting "Boost available!" at the beginning was great! The visuals looks stunning, and the color changing and weather features look like a goo fresh take.
Shinen and Nintendo truly need to become one.

I think this way to show the game is better than just a little Trailer at a Digital Event.
***** It's still a pretty bad marketing decision. After the lousy digital event, many people didn't even bother watching the treehouse because they just assumed Nintendo didn't have anything interesting to show, and you can't really blame them as it really makes no sense to not have shown at least a glimpse of the game.

Other than the specific characters and the health bar being to boost bar, how is this ant different to F-Zero? Even the jumps look like they handle exactly the same as F-Zero X

Shin'en games are really among the best.
This guy has that stereotypical German accent and I love it! This game looks amazing also. Nintendo should've included it in their digital event. I can see why they didn't though, it makes all of their games look like trash graphically.
