I have one and I love it I like that you can put it on lower cook bottom first then dual cook bottom and top perfect pizza every time.

Tony, it takes almost ZERO extra effort to center the pizza on the pan. If you had done so, then that pizza would of cooked evenly and quicker.

Hey Tony do you think the upper heating element reaches out far enough to cook the center well enough? And what was your total heating time on that tombstone? Thx
Yes Jack this will cook the pizza all way to the center. That was an original concern of mine too. My best advise now is to put frozen Tombstone on and then set it for max time. It cooks it perfect.

It’s a “Plus” because it comes with a true nonstick pan. Unlike the original that I have had for 15yrs, cheese sticks on the divots all the time!!!!

How does this compare to a regular oven?
Good crispy pizza without a lot of thinking. In my opinion it cooks more even than an oven.
This machine is excellent for pizza that is not to thick.
We use ours quite often, for us 16 minutes seems to work best.
