I also see a lot of players try to do this and fail when the third man pass is available. They seem to think it is a failure of their own skill to play simple. I enjoy the content!
Stop. The individual elite are necessary for any team to be elite. 3rd man passing isn't always available at the highest level. Technical ability matters

Good players can make such turns, but good teams use the third man to progress the ball because it is simpler and more reliable.
I try to incorporate such patterns in my team by telling these to my teammates but no one listens

@@KcLegends2005 There are plenty of technically elite players at the highest level who rarely attempt to make a turn under pressure.
