Beautiful model, and great flight! Love the Kamov helis. I wish we would get a few surplus ones flying the airshow circuit over here, and more model manufacturers would create RC models of them, particularly the smaller, more affordable sizes.

Vanessa L by implying that for this helicopter to be the most impressive he’s ever seen it has to be the only one he’s seen implying that literally every other rc helicopter is more impressive.
Perfect illustration of the noise generated by a tail rotor if compared to an electric powered helicopter of conventional tail rotor design of any scale including 1/1. On older full sized helicopters the tail rotor could drown out the noise of a large radial engine.

Very nice Kamov Ka 26, thumb up. Bei Uns fliegt ab und zu ein Kamov Ka 32 Heliswiss der Schweiz als Transport Heli über die Stadt der Sound der 2x Rotoren ist einfach HAMMER. Wie der wohl in Echt klingen mag der Ka 26. LoL

Agreed. Just needs a sound unit with the recording of the sputtering, stuttering raucous ruckus of a pair of Russian radials, plus a couple of smoke pyro devices for the simulated startups.

An dem Original der DM-SPU ,später DDR-SPU habe ich gearbeitet! Die Leitwerft für die Kamow Ka-26 des Agrarflugs war auf dem Flugplatz Leipzig-Mockau.

Very nice. Flies very well. Great piloting skills also. The only thing I would have done is add some dirty markings to the intake cowls and rotor bearings to make it look more realistic. Otherwise, love it!
