Right you bait people in and try and sell your product scamming bastard. So you bait us and then lie and then want is to invest in your company. So what you basically told us is there is lupe holes in the requirements we just have to keep looking.
This is a ton of crap. Dealer license $700 for used dealer, $656 for surety bond(we got this on low credit). A basic lot(here)… $1,000 a month. You don’t need employees. Just get your cars, invest in getting them repaired and ready to sell…. Tracking and done. Don’t play into these TH-cam “if you need help” plugins, you don’t need all that extra shit. You can makes over a grand even just a wholesaler license like I did. Edited: I also like to add in that you are not "required" to get a $500 LLC. You can simply get a DBA ($25) and that legalizes you as a business to get your license(yes we did that). We are later going to wrap our DBA around our LLC or we may drop the DBA off and keep the LLC. There's no passing "tax clearance codes", wtf? Your dealer class is 6 hours wow, you can do that online. you WILL pass your state license as well as the inspection.

2005 Kia Spectra: paid $1,000 two years ago ... Will probably sell it off at $1,200 or finance for $1,500
The Lot: $1,000/month
Comes with a carport for shop work and a lot to put some cars on and an office with AC/Heat and a non leaking roof
We're up $2,500 just from this comment and starting expenses were a mere $1,500 so we've made our rent back for the month. That alone should tell the viewers it's not "expensive, it's BUSINESS. It does not take much to start this. There's free CRM's to track everything, you have today's "marketing" resources like facebook and instagram, you have auctions, dealers you can build relationships with. Cars especially for the "lesser" need us, you WILL win either way people. Start the business and keep your standards high and your integrity at max and you will grow your business into multiple within a year!

Pretty much you need at least right now $70-$80,000 total I would say not an expert just throwing a number inventory permits tests everything from the time you open up the door you need to be ready to pay your employees insurance Worker’s Comp. all that stuff there for $80,000

I think that's a stupid law because it contradicts another portion of the law in the state of Ohio where I live I've never actually flip cars but I just looked this up and I'm new to your channel by the way. It says you can't sell more than five personal vehicles a year but it also says that you can't you can't apply for a dealership license unless you make $75,000 in one year so why the five cars? That's just stupid if you're flipping cheap cars what's the point of the dealership license? You don't qualify for one. Know that I just keep my name off of it because really you only have to drive the vehicle around the block to make sure it sound then if you had a flatbed you don't have to drive it you don't have to pay for all those fees and everything like that why pay for something that you're just going to flip stupid it would make more sense just to keep your name out of it government needs to just keep their nose out of everybody's business I hate government it's stupid and they need to leave us alone it's none of their damn business what I make or don't make they can go screw themselves! Yes you can get a car for yourself, title it in your name only.
In my state you don’t need a license to buy from public auctions. Check your state requirements i buy from copart often.

Yes, it is called curbing. You can use a broker license or wholesale license and have access to auctions. Then sell on consignment.

You can become a contractor for a dealership and pay them monthly fees plus per car fee. I don't have experience with it, but I see the videos all the time. Not sure if you can make a decent living by doing that.

Can you finance cars purchased at a dealers auction with a wholesale license?
No. Each one they must hold a deposit from $250 to $500 and give a limit on how much one can bid. Copart seems okay and they have an app GO for off purchase sites where most vehicles have already been repaired. No license needed but must adhere to state laws to mit be considered a dealer. Good to repair and put on Turo

Word of advice the 5-7 car limit is really worded as 5-7 being undeniable proof of illegal flipping. Selling a single car for profit is illegal if caught in a majority of states
Hello, can you give an example of a law that states that? If you purchase a vehicle and drive it for 9 months and someone offers you more than you paid for it . it is not illegal to sell it to that person just because they offered you more than you paid for it but perfectly legal if they offer you equal to or less. Here in Florida it's not 5-7 (I wish) , its 3 vehicles per calendar year. I believe The law limits or regulates volume not profitability.
