No. You are turning the inner pitch slider bushing clockwise. It is threaded into the pitch arm. When you tighten it, it moves further into the pitch arm, squeezing the inner races of the pitch slider bearings together which reduces thier clearance.

That is what a machinists hands look like

The inner bushing is threaded into the pitch arm. Tightening it a little pushes teh inner races of the bearings together reducing the play. Make sure you have the tail shaft in the bushing when you try to tighten it. You can crush that inner bushing in a heartbeat.

@ROBRENZ ahh ok. Thanks! I only found these vids last night along with the chinese mod. I'm a mechanical engineer myself, college done but no work yet haha. But it's really nice to see some drawings like that in the vids :D Just to make sure I've got this right: I should put the pitch slider on the tail shaft, then squeeze it with a flat pliers in the axial direction gently, all the way round, in order to push that slider bushing radially outward , to get th inner races to squeeze together,

Just noticed mine was binding big time, and I thought it was smooth when moving the servo by hand, but pushing the rod by hand it was very sticky
Ive just built the 250 and have a slight wag, more in flight then in hover. Hopefully this will help get rid of that. On mine all I had to do was loosen the screws on the black plastic parts to make it slick and smooth. I had tightened them way to tight before. Didnt know any better

how did you tighten up the slop in the slider bearing, I didn't understand that bit- Did u just squeeze each end axially together with a pliers?

+Bagariddim I work in a machine shop on cast iron. It makes your hand dirty just like a car mechanic working on a dirty engine. I do these videos during the day while I am working. Then I wash my hands and quit for the day. My personal health is just fine.
