The gray child is Core Frisk. a monochromatic version of Frisk that was pushed into the CORE, and was scattered, like Gaster. About Underswap: It's an AU, where the personalities and the „roles“ of the characters have changed. For example: Papyrus has now the personality of Sans (being lazy etc.) and is now in the role of the Judge (like Sans in Undertale in the Judgement Hall at the end of the game). Sans in the AU on the other hand has now the role and personality of Papyrus. Actually there is another animated series like underverse, it's called the villain sans squad.
