Probably lower the graphics to the lowest setting and it will run 30-45 fps-ish easy, the graphics aren't really that important in comparison to fps for normal play where at 20 fps it's painful to play.
I think you run on either Intel HD Graphics or an old AMD processor because I still live on an Nvidia GT 420 (which is old af) and get 30-60 fps depending on settings.
