Except that in the Saxton hale mode, mostly (not always) some f2ps pick scout and they just run around and only use the pistol, dont even have 700 damage, and just all around suck, no offense to good f2ps

Wait.... there is now a 'Lijiang Tower: Gardens' map version in the PTR that has the same spawn room as the Lunar Festival version (a building, not a dropship), but has a daylight skybox instead of night time??? Both the old regular version and the Lunar Festival version of Lijiang were always set at night. This look so bizarre in daylight. I liked the night versions with all the glowing neon signs and lamps better.
The Gardens stage is nice in daylight, but ... I mean, that ther stage of Lijiang is called "Night Market" for a reason! What is the point of having a daylight version of a Night Market? Even the shops are closed in the daylight version! Aw, why, Blizzard, why?
This doesn't wrok as well in Overwatch since you really need a large team to fight a Hale. Especially Painis Cupcake. If he catches your teammates, you're done.
Not true: Most Saxton Hale modes are designed around being flexible and having a varying health pool. A good player can solo a 10000 hp hale easily still.

My usual strategy for beating Hale is to go Scout and WAIT wrong game...
