I'm not sure how to feel about him because he is not really like Gabriel in the books but he's still great character in the show. In the books Gabriel is gentle and friendly yet strong, fearless and smart. He is suppposed to be very good looking and all women are into him even though he's gay. Not saying the actor isn't good looking, just not in the right way.
Netflix didn't think it was on par with other shows' ratings so they chose those ones over this... even though most of them suck... but anyways you can really count on netflix to be netflix. Always fucking things up.
