If you don't make a change, and SOON, you won't make it to 40." I appreciated the cold no bullshit tone. It made it real. 1 year later and I'm now down to 290. Still got a ways to go, but! Progress! You're doin' good Fluffy!

I had the gastric sleeve, and I have more medical issues now. I turned hypoglycemic and calcium deficient. The kicker, the hospital closed that office down. 😂
I have heard of that issue before. You can't consume an adequate amount of food to take in all the vitamins and minerals you need. I feel for you. Hang in there!

I’m 5’0” I used to weigh 225 pounds, I was diagnosed with type two diabetes three years ago, I’m down to 150 pounds, my A1C is 6.2, when I was first diagnosed my blood sugar was 600 and my A1C was 11, my dr was afraid I was going to end up in a diabetic coma, he pulled me through. I can’t walk very far, my legs feel like jello, but other than that I feel better than I have in years, I’ll be 66 in 3 months

I stopped the Metformin because it wasn't helping my neuropathy in my legs and feet. I started taking Alpha Lipoic Acid and B12 months ago. My neuropathy is GONE, my blood sugar is under 120 every morning and I have energy to spare! I'm sleeping better and can do things that I could not. I fully understand. Best wishes to you FOREVER.
i remember when i first watched the netflix show where you told the school joke with the principal and everyone shouted the spanish part back at you !! i was at school trying to be subtle during lunch cuz people were looking at me weird for snickering but when the crowd starting shouting that part back i was crying laughing n had chilllsss !!! i will never forget that moment n also not forget the damn looks i got haha but i couldnt care less ! i was soo entertainedddd haha

My husband lost a leg and toes had a stroke type two diabetes kidney transplant stroke heart attack agent orange lived 72 yrs blew retinas out blood vessels etc took insulin for yrs alot of suffering freedom ain't free it was hard on both of us I'm handicapped too took care of him till he passed wed 47yrs pls avoid all the grief pls
You should come to Germany for about 6 month. We got about 300 different kind of sausages and more that 3.000 differend kinds of bread. But you can try out every one of them and still lose weight. Because even the unhealthiest bread you can buy here contains less sugar than the cardboard they sell you as bread in America. You will only find a small selection of ‘American cheese’ (which, by the way, is not American - and in many cases not even cheese) here. Most varieties fail to meet the EU's minimum requirements for foodstuffs and are perhaps still allowed to be sold as sealant to workshops and plumbing companies.
