How it should be done

Interestingly enough, in cosmetology school, when giving hand and foot massages for mani/pedis, it’s taught to never break the connection until complete, meaning one hand should always be on the client and working for it to be an effective message.
It would make sense to apply massage standards and practices to ASMR, since massages are typically for relief and relaxation.

The distant Tibetan bowl sounds, purring and deep rumbling goodness go so well with the sound of the ocean.
I listen to this for about ten to fifteen minutes every night whist massaging my feet just before I lay down to sleep.
