i'm someone with autism and her relationship with ghoulia makes me so happy. i know ghoulia is just a zombie but her traits and behaviors makes me really relatable. Cleo treats ghoulia how she treats everyone but also her dogs and comments often come from a better place one of like actually wanting to hang out with ghoulia, and when she does go to far ghoulia always gets even. they are friends genuinely and that makes me so happy
I always felt like out of all the ghouls Cleo was the most fashionable and I loved her for that. It's nice to see her development from an antagonist to friend.
Cleo may be savage sometimes but she like she brings her friends all with her like even to a expensive place and she actually cares about what people want than what she wants And Her sister is horrible She is a Queen Stan CLEO!

In terms of dolls and looks, my favorite is easily lagoona blue. In terms of character and personality, I'd say Cleo. The only time lagoona was really interesting was in 13 wishes and great scarrier reef. I also love the doll and personality of Serena von boo
She used to be the queen of the school, she loved her boyfriend Deuce, and had a rivalry for her sister Nefera, and let’s no one get in her way. In the reboot, she barely has any personality, and she’s a pushover.
My personal favorite is Abbey, She is such a savage and doesn't let anyone talk about her and stood up for herself alot in the series and cause her and heath are amazing
