Teal Swan, Internationally Recognized Author, Speaker and Spiritual Catalyst Shares on the Anatomy of Loneliness
Teal Swan is an internationally recognized teacher and powerful voice in the field of self-development. She hosts events all over the world, helping people from all walks of life to integrate their trauma and shadow aspects; in order to heal emotional wounds plaguing their daily lives. I had the good fortune of spending a week with Teal in 2015 studying her Completion Process (another book I recommend), which is all about healing past suffering and emotional upset.
Teal is ranked 27th on The Watkins Most Spiritually Influential Living People in 2018 and is a renowned author of 3 books which have been published in a number of languages. She has a worldwide following on TH-cam with over 480.00 subscribers and 65 million views on her videos. In November 2018 Teal is releasing her new book The Anatomy of Loneliness - How to find you way back to connection". This book is for people who suffer from loneliness, the kind that cannot be solved by simply being around other people. Their aloneness is a deeply embedded pattern that is both negative and painful; it is often fueled by trauma, loss, addiction, grief and a lack of self-esteem and insecurity.
In The Anatomy of Loneliness, Teal identifies the three pillars or qualities of loneliness: Separation, Shame and Fear and goes on to share her revolutionary technique; The Connection Process, a form of intuitive journeying, usually involving two people a ‘receiver’ and a ‘journeyer’. Through a series of exercises each person experiences ‘walls’ and ‘blockages’ as they move through the process both participants face their fears learning from these to reach a place of unconditional love and acceptance.
I hope you love my conversation with Teal!

Im going to read this book on my kindle. I find teal to be very insightful. Her ideas and concepts are on that next. And her work helps people, which puts her in a rare class with maybe 20 others i know of. Also thank the gods, she never uses any scientism. Just when i start to think someone is adept and prudent and has a cultivated intelligence, they go spouting off scientism and prove they have not learned the most basic information about mainstream science knowledge, mainly that it CAN NOT and SHOULD NOT be trusted, cause it relies on faulty logic and ubsurd reasoning.

I think that any process of cleavage in other words cell division, can only happen in a matrix where there is time, and that is very appropriate considering the word matrix means womb. The same cell division required for the growth of a child in the womb it's the same cell division that happens throughout and on many micro and macro levels of the matrix itself.
Fragmentation / cleavage / cell division is necessary in a 3D matrix in order for growth to occur, be fruitful and multiply says the Bible in essence it is multiplication through division.
You cannot attribute however source in 5d the same as source in 3D because source in 3D requires division and as a means of protection and preservation of the 3D matrix itself.
Because if source remained as one in The matrix The matrix would dissolve bc of the high vibration / frequency of light, therefore the separation of powers of source was required in order for the vibration of source to be able to sustain low vibration physical reality including survival, eating , drinking defecating and procreating through sexual reproduction and in order to Inhabit space within the matrix. Without harming The matrix. And in order for source , to incarnate as a man, the man Jesus Christ! in order that he could show us the way back to him.
Through death , burial and resurrection! = The process of psychological and spiritual transformation.

    Very clear explanation.
    Still I wonder....
The DEEP END situation for example. Teal was betrayed there. Does that means she betrays herself? And did she create that? If so, then why all this fuss to defend her standpoint?
    And for me...
I was betrayed by a college last week, but I do not betray others. Especially not with in such harmful and premeditated mannner. So what is that all about? What does that say about me? That I dont keep my word to myself perhaps (he promised to close my shop, but didn't)
And today my little dog got attacked by another big dog. What does that say? That I attack my dog? How can I have control over other animals who all have their own trauma and stuff??
    Anyone here to help me?
Becausse I feel that often times I attract toxic people, but I do not see myself manifest those traits.
Also for example littering in nature. I dislike it because it ruins nature and I love nature. What does it mean when I see people littler? Should I just let them be and not say anything? Or start littering myself in order to embrace an aspect of myself that litters?
    Wouldn't that be destructive?

Oh no, she's never the cause of anything. Only others can ever be causing their own misery, not Teal. Just look deeper into her and you'll see she doesn't really have a good basis for what she's saying. I can recommend the interview with her childhood friend, called "Growing up with Teal Swan". Just compare the interview with the Hulu docu and it's quite scary to watch.

@@zion367 But how would you know when you are believing deliberate untruth and not? She's said multiple times for instance that sui*ide is a reset button that can be pressed at any time. And her first client committed sui*ide due to Teal saying she had to decide whether she wanted to live or die, upon the client answering "I'm done". And so Teal said that there is nothing anybody can do for that kind of vibration" and that was that and she died. Instead of sending her to further help. And Teal tells this story herself, so it's true. If you search for "Teal Swan sui*ide katalyst" here on youtube you'll find a video with clips from different talks of hers where all of this is included.

We can advise them, but what they do in the end is their choice and free will.

I'm just seeing her normal manipulation here that I've seen for years. She's been married several times and can't make any relationships work, but yet she's the expert? Hmm on that one....and she never mothered her son either btw, everyone else she's been communal living with for years are the ones who have done that.
I've watched her behavior being described by people who have been close to her, and the obvious thing would be to point to the docu about her The Deep End, and see what she drove her closest friend and coworker to because she was jealous of his fiance. He had found the one woman he wanted to spend his life with, and Teal could not tolerate that, so she treated her horribly, and Blake chose his fiance over Teal and left with her. Good for him.
But the Teal followers and Teal herself will tell you the docu is edited to paint a narrative. And it is, and I don't base my opinion on that alone. What we saw in that docu, was the same behavior from Teal as her ex husband Sarbdeep Swan described (she still uses his name despite him urging her to give him his family name back). The same as Jared Dobson, one of her exes described, and the same that Cameron Clark, one of her ex followers that lived with her described. And now we can see she started this behavior already as a child, by the recent interview with her childhood and teenage friend, called "Growing up with Teal Swan". That interview I absolutely urge you to see, it's such an eye opener, and very scary too. This woman chose to come forward because she saw the same worrying behavior in the Hulu docu which she herself had experienced from Teal, and so she felt she finally had to warn people, which you can see she's clearly not comfortable with either.

@@JulieReisler Yeah you have to live with her or be close friends with her to really experience the narcissist. Abusers are very often very charismatic to the outside world, and nobody seeing them from the outside can imagine what their other side looks like. But to the people close to them their impact can be devastating. Like the case was with her childhood friend Diana Ribera, who did an interview after she watched The Deep End. She finally came out because Teal was still doing the same thing as she did to her, and she felt responsible to warn people.
