Beyond Burger is my absolute, hands down, favorite vegan burger! The Whole Foods near my home serves Beyond Burgers with a whole lot of veggies on top, but I just do cheese and pickles when I make them at home and they are so good. I just wish that they could be closer to real meat costs. I’m so jealous at all of the vegan options and meat free options you have!

Since covid I feel I have lost my independence, if my husband is working on my days off I just won’t leave the house and it is one of my resolutions this year to regain my independence! Especially with our first baby on the way, I don’t want to be afraid to go for a walk or take him to the zoo etc on my own!
