Nice playing. Great sound. Ibanez makes a nice fretless. Gotta have roundwounds on a fretless, though Rotos will eat up the fretboard over time. Check out "Pressurewounds". Not "half rounds" -- they suck. The pressurewounds are oval shaped. Still bright but easier on the neck.
Rotosound strings sounding so growly, but has very heavy tension in comparison with ernie ball and DR strings. These strings bent the neck of my old Ibanez sr800 so that it took on the appearance of a horn.
Your choice of bass lines made me smile. Sean Malone is the reason why I'm interested in fretless. I am really interested in this bass, how is the richlite fingerboard holding up?
