Good job at the initial stage but Afuonhene will not followup. Even when you have issues he is not there to guide you. My mums fishes had issues initially and my mum being new to this farming didn't know how to go about it. Afuom hene was called but never turend up. Thank God we found our way out. I would advise anyone to choose wisely. Afuom hene is good to set up for his TH-cam but not to followup. Mama Lydia is my biological mum so I know what I'm saying. Just a bit disappointed but thank God He brought the right person to our rescue.
Hello Abigail, I’m not sure we have met because throughout the installation it was Maa Lydia and Clement I worked with. I will normally not discuss any project issues here but since you brought it here and I don’t want to delete your post to make it seem like I’m trying to hide something, I will give a response here. First of all, your claim that I don’t follow up on my projects is incorrect. After we stocked your ponds , we(my staff and/or myself) were at your site on at least 5 different times. I admit that Maa Lydia called to report some(4 at the time) mortalities and I promised to go and observe what’s happening but I couldn’t go for a couple of days but I was communicating with her on phone. The day I was ready to go I called her and she said she was at the MTN office so I went to the house anyway and clement was there. Since then Maa Lydia started avoiding my calls, I would call her and clement will be the one to pick on more than 3 occasions. So I came there again and I realized Maa Lydia was in the house but she refused to see me and she asked Clement to tell me that she’s gone out. So I concluded that she didn’t need me anymore. I bend over anyhow to try and satisfy my clients, truth is I’m not always able to satisfy everyone and I keep working on my flaws. I understand your pain because I am also a fish farmer. One thing I tell people that visit my farm is that as a fish farmer, you mourn almost every day until your fishes gets to maturity. Personally, I prepare my mind for 15-20% mortality i.e if you buy 2000 fingerlings, all things being equal, 1600-1700 will survive. Another thing is that, fish farming is hard work most especially if you are not using an earthen pond and you have to sort. I very much appreciate this channel and many other channels on fish farming. Do not depend entirely on anyone, all the information you need is on TH-cam. Arm yourself with information before you start. I did that and I have been smiling ever since... Just beginning my 7th harvest in the business. I appreciate this channel

Catfish normally duel in dark muddy cloudy waters. That pond is too bright and open not healthy for catfish maybe those colorful ornamental fish 🐠
