  • In this series of videos, we are going to decode the shlokas from Bhagavad Gita, through the lens of sanskrit grammar and vocabulary.
The series is aimed at anyone who is willing to dive into the beautiful world of sanskrit language and its goldmine of literature. And by decoding and understanding sanskrit texts like a stotram, mantra, subhashitam, plays, poetry etc. we are going to slowly and steadily get familiar with the why's and how's of sanskrit language, its grammar concepts, its vocabulary and how the language is used in practical sanskrit texts.
The idea is simple and that is to learn sanskrit, so that we can pick up any sanskrit literature and understand its meaning ourselves without the help of any translation.
So I welcome you all, in this journey of sanskrit self learning.
You can refer to the time-stamps below for easy navigation through the video.
And with the most sincere and heartfelt salutations to Shri Krishna, let's begin !

Your graceful acknowledgement of errors that happens unknowingly is remarkable and that is what makes you more respectable . Keep it going , you are doing just fine .

@@SanskritSopanam pls also notice slippage into Hindi pron. during the use of vyākaran words like प्रातिपदिक् etc are being cut short. Sorry to be picky with teacher but this part all are particularly picky.
