Thank you so much for your kind comments. We make a lot of effort to bring you steady 4K footage with a realistic stereo sound in an unbroken run from beginning to end. Please subscribe for our other Norway productions.
You seem to have a good sense of perfection so I allow myself to make a suggestion for further development. I'm sure you're fully aware of only the upper half of the video carries good information while at the same time, the aspect ratio is too narrow. A 12 - 16 mm lens would be an improvement. Though to crop this much, you would lose half of the 4k resolution but I think this doesn't matter at all. The fast panning from a moving car doesn't demand more than HD. The sound could be crisper but to get it perfect it would demand putting a ten-inch pipe on the top of your car with some clever protection against the wind and a set of less noisy tires and an ev with a silent reduction gearbox.
As we're planning to come to Norway next summer, I came across this video. It's stunningly beautiful, both the scenery and your video production. I love the camera position you took. It made me consider making similar video's of road trips myself, driving through The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and France. Could you please tell me which camera you are using ?
Hi, So glad you enjoyed this Norway video, it’s one of a series of five which take you from Kritiansand in the south up onto the mountain plains. We use a Gopro camera mounted on the car hood/bonnet. Here is another video from the series: th-cam.com/video/TJiS7UStYCo/w-d-xo.html Enjoy and visit Norway soon.
This was so relaxing to watch. What time of year was it filmed? My husband was curious because of the snow. Thank you for sharing this beautiful landscape.
I quite agree with you. The problem is that if you place the camera on the roof above the windscreen you’re bound to get the car bonnet in shot, something I wanted to avoid. Here is a link to a video I shot in Penang with the camera mounted on a tripo?d on the roof of the car: th-cam.com/video/gcNjAymV9Pl/w-d-xo.html I hope you enjoy the authentic stereo soundtrack.
Flåm cruise port was a popular destination for many cruise liners. The problem was that the cruise passengers rarely had the opportunity to visit the hinterland. This video shows the beauty of the Norwegian countryside.
This what the world needs right now....a nice drive through Norway.
Wonderful video. And all without computer-generated "music"! More, please!
Thank you for your kind comments.
Thanks for the scenic drive. I loved it!
Beautiful scenery.
Thank you for driving me through.

The ambient tunnel soundtrack sounds familiar! What's the name of the tune?

Thank you Dawn for your kind remarks. The journey was filmed in late May last year, as were our other Norway real-time rosdtrips.

Summer of course. Everything is green and there is some snow left on summits = early summer.
I enjoy the video. How fast are you driving? The video makes it look like you're driving 60mph, maybe faster than that.

We were driving at 80 kmh, approx 50 mph.
@@erikolsson Okay. That's a good safe speed to drive.
🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Nice video. Next time mount your camera higher so we can see more scenery and less road and guardrail.

Cruise ships are near. We must be close to the Atlantic.
