Yup, you painted it brown, Drew. Great stuff. Yes, you’ve done an all right job with either plowing or spreading slurry. 🤩 hail???? Snow ❄️ and hail. Thank you again for an interesting vid.
Great video Drew. What I would do with them ins and outs in the sort work is plough then the other direction so your plough is turning the soul back into the holes that way you'll find one pass would do the trick. The way you did them didn't put any soil back in the hole. Iam no expert just happy give people some friendly advice. Still looked a tidy job joung man.
Hi Drew very good video again mate, I'm like you worked mostly on dairy farms but I did work for an arable farmer a few years ago and told me to plough the corners at a 45 degree angle towards the centre of the field about 3 times either side and it worked really well as I didn't need to get the tractor and plough right into the corners, I'm probably not explaining it very well but George Saunders has a vid on his channel about it mate, he also preferred me to plough from the ins n outs towards the fence but he used a Simba culti press to level the field before drilling.
Hi Drew, nice video. I found your plowing videos lately and I really enjoy them. It is one of my favorite jobs too. Around 19:00 you mention the holes and you thought of this method for filling them. Another possibility was to drive in the opposite direction directly the first time. As you goal was to fill the ins and outs. By driving in the opposite direction you would have dragged the soil back into the hole where it originally came from. Do not know if my explanation is clear but that would be how I wouldve done it. Keep up the good work!
@@DrewsFarminLife yes that would still be a problem. However, you could minimize that by setting the depth wheel like you did. My idea is more meant for minimizing the holes of the ins and outs.
Your only a few days behind behind recording and posting a video, so many others are almost a month behind. Keep up the good work and try not to burn yourself out pumping out lots of videos
Alright drew, yet again another amazing video of ploughing!!! Was wondering if you could do a video of all equipment you have on your farm??? Thanks mate, Martin from sunny Devon🌞🌞 all the best to you and your family, stay safe and keep up the good work.
Dad's always been in charge of that side of things and never does it 😂 so his problem, however now we've got the new drill we've a spare power harrow so could probably use it

You'd still end up with a hole from the last fur no matter what you do?

21:25 😂
What temperature can the coos go outside as here in Fife there are some out it was about 7 degrees but was cold at night
What area in Scotland do you farm ??
Do you not cultivate the furrow out on the headland to make it better for the drill?

Should watch KV6080 he knows his stuff when it comes to ploughing.
