Messaging in the Royal Caribbean app (Updated)

The chat feature in the Royal Caribbean app allows you to chat with other passengers onboard your sailing for FREE. You can even set up a group chat, allowing you to chat with your whole party within a single chat.
Chat is only available while onboard your ship or at a Royal Caribbean destination, such as Labadee or Coco Cay.
Note that you DO NOT have to have an Internet package to use the chat feature, you just have to be connected to the Wi-Fi.

It may vary from phone type to phone type. I have an iPhone and that's the home screen I get on my phone. Can you tell me what your screen looks like?

@@cruiseswithfriends it’s an iPhone 13, whenever I click it I just shows *stay connected during your cruise* but the cruise is over anyways so it doesn’t matter anymore😢

@@Wakeko178 Unfortunately the chat function only works while onboard your sailing. Hopefully your paths will cross again one day.
