This looks great! I noticed one thing though. 0:52 I think there is a spelling mistake on the middle aisle sign. Should be Electrical (I'm guessing), but says Electical.

This is a beautiful pack like all that you do! One gripe I have is that sometimes I need a pack with just vehicles, rather than a themed pack. So for instance, if I wanted a large variety of vehicles I would have to buy several packs with various themes, just to use the vehicles. It would be cool to have a "vehicle pack", "tree pack", things like that.

The assets look awesome, as always, but I wish they would go back to make more smaller / cheaper packs instead of putting everything into one big bundle which costs so much. Don't get me wrong, the these packs are worth the price, but it's just that I don't need so many asset at once and that's why I don't feel like spending all the money on a huge bundle, when I only need a smaller sub set of the pack, that's why I liked their old way of selling smaller / cheaper packs, these were perfect in price/content.
For example the supermarket in this pack contains everything I want, it's a shame that I can't buy it without spending the money to also buy the other shops (arcade, gym, burger, pizza, fishing?, etc.) which I don't need right now.
Unfortunately due to time constraints on the team it is more efficient to create one larger pack with a larger variety of assets rather than multiple smaller packs. We do discounts on packs throughout the year on our packs.
Man this would go perfect with the City Pack! Will definitely will buy this!

I have bought like five packs. Please do a tutorial about how you set up demo scenarios. Some tips and tricks. I saw you guys interview on messy coders channel and Mike said something about making a tutorial on demo scenes. Love love love you guys work and love The Hobbit as well. Continued success!!!! Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately due to time constraints we would not be able to create a tutorial for this type as demo scenes vary depending on the pack. I would recommend looking at tutorials on game level setup and scene dressing.
While we don't have tutorials on setting up demo scenes, we have tutorials for setting up lighting and animation to help.

And the same for the rest, like a door that is also fixed, is it possible to modify it to be able to have the interaction of opening and closing it ? Basically, can we tweak anything we want to make it all come alive ?

The characters can all be animated as far as i know, they mention the models work with Mecanim which is Unity's animation system. So basically they all have a rig built inside the characters, you just have to create the walk/run etc yourself.

I plan to buy this package plus the apocalypse and characters among others and more of its content to make a game. my question is , Can I use some of your premade designs? For example, that shopping center? The thing is that I liked the design and I'm asking to find out if they have no problem with using what I find striking from their demo scenes.
There's no licensing issues with you using the demo, however we advise against it as the demos are designed more as a showcase and generally aren't optimized for gameplay. They can however make a good starting point if you wish to build on from the demo scene and optimize it for your platform of choice.
Can you use these models for VR? and if so what platform would work best UNREAL or UNITY? Thanks
Which engine would work best would depend on a number of factors including: VR headset, devices as well as personal preference.
