Interesting to see that Asadnidze yet hadn't taken over as head coach for Georgia. He timed his take over well. Lasha would've destroyed the competition here.
Vano Griqurov was his mentor. I think he taught him everything tactical things )))
In 2012 Lasha was 18 and doing 190 / 222. That's competitive but definitely wasn't enough for a medal here.

Orsag is really strong in hight part of his body. Arms are superiors. He can struggle with bar not easy to clean.

Its a good question. I think its a risk personally. When i snatch, sometimes the bar is so close that it actually touches my stomach at times, if it makes contact with the bar, you could potentially ruin the acceleration of the bar

That explains why they do(or not do) in the heavier weight classes.
The advantage is probably not that big but the risk still is not worth taking.
It's a matter of which risk is higher, I guess.
No one wears the belt for the snatch in any class!
