I think for Manulife US REIT, Tranche 1 is their worst assets, Tranche 3 best assets, their gearing at 56.7%

If I bought HK shares and negative cash balance in HKD using Ibk account. If I were to convert my usd to hkd now will the negative cash balance become positive ?

See how much u convert, u have to convert enough to pay off the negative hkd balance
