Yes I agree these companies buying the AI chips will regret soon. This is the first gen and will be outdated very soon.

How does Link REIT pay dividends to foreign investors (i.e. those outside HK)? I understand they pay in HKD but what if you reside outside HK and do not have a HK bank account?
We get the dividends in hkd u can keep the hkd in your brokerage account
If alibaba buyback on HK market how will it affect ADR? Do people do arbitrage so that the price reflects to Hk market? Or is each hk market share tied to us ADR?

yes I am holding JD 9618 which is priced in HKD
my JD in US market I already sold to take a 30% profit previously
I currently hold HK JD shares at about 100hkd cost looking to take profits at 150-160hkd which is about 40 USD
