    This area is beautiful. But only the rich can afford to live in this community unfortunately.

    They could have benefited the environment more by just building some infill in midtown... not a greenfield development near Newman.

    700 people vs 25 acres -> not sustainable. also exceeds dunbar's number 150 -> no village

    I am happy for you...but this is how I grew up and my children are also enjoying these simple pleasures.however with uncontrolled migration this is slowly becoming our history

    This is so unsustainable. Not only are those houses 1 million dollars but all that land going to waste to be trees and farms. It’s not practical to do this on a big scale. You can shove 500 houses on let’s say 150 acres normally but they took up 700 acres for just 300 homes? That’s so much more wasteful and if every neighborhood was built like that then the sprawl would be way farther out. People would have to commute like 80-100 miles to work one way if all neighborhoods were like that

    Its not very expensive,homes are around 400-500k at lowest
