Fabulous lecture! I will have to pick up a copy of the INTUITION TOOL KIT! I had no idea we now have a way to measure our unconscious inferences! WOW! And it makes so much sense that tech can be used to help us be much more self-aware! Thank you so much for creating these podcasts!
A couple things that got me thinking during the show: Intuition is a lot like getting a notification on our phone. We are being alerted to something, and can sometimes guess with high accuracy what it is, but can also get it wrong. The signal is always noise. Not all noises are signals. And it sounds like tech is being developed that could help distinguish the two. The 85% of jobs statistic - is this cherry picked? I'd love to know how they measure this, and what qualifies. Is it based on job title, duties and responsibilities, the field in which the two previous are applied? Just as how poverty is measured now vs 30 years ago, is the same being done with this job statistic? 🤷♂️
I have Aphantasia (No mental imagery)and knew while listening to Inner Cosmos podcast on Friday may 24 2024 with Ed Catmull. I was surprised and driven skeptical being among 3% of what you call 8 billion human brains on earth. Intuition is only maths and balance to make choices. Is this way of reasoning related to intuition ? Aphantasia is like ChatGPT humans with emotions and context. My own definition if this spectrum.
Always blown away by David Eagleman's work! He has opened my eyes to so much incredible information. I suppose I could write this same comment on every episode of Inner Cosmos I've watched.
As always I am astounded and amazed. Thank you so very much for putting all of this out there for everyone!!!

Great stuff as always , thanks for sharing David
I recommend Dr Richard Bandler 's work about the workings of the brain and consciousness 😇
