Way easier to cold crash in the fall and winter. The pinter process is a bit different that traditional brewing. I would cold crash at the end of the brewing process unless I was lagering a beer for several months.
@@Wattafack213 For maximum hop character in your beer, add after the cold crash. If you prefer to reduce sediment in the final brew at the cost of hop flavour, add before cold crash. So, the decision depends on how explosive you prefer the hop smell and taste.
Note: any brew that has a hopper added will retain some ‘hop haze’ and is to be expected. So, don’t expect a 100% clear finish, whether cold crashing or not 👍
Thanks for the detailed video!
Glad it was helpful!

Another very informative video.

My pinter beer pack came with a hopper. I want to cold crash my brew. Do i add the hopper during or after the cold crashing?

Can a MEAD "beer" be made in this?
@@AppleUser Possibly, but no experience trying it. Maybe one day.
