- Understanding one of the PERMANENT RESIDENCE PATHWAYS in Canada for INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS and FOREIGN WORKERS is thru EXPRESS ENTRY PROGRAM.
This video tackles about the step by step process, fees and timelines of this program. It also discusses the requirements like the documents such as ECA, English test and knowing your NOC Code. There is an ELIGIBILITY SYSTEM for FEDERAL SKILLED WORKER before applying for Express Entry. Other important documents are also mentioned.

Hi Jayson, thanks for sharing this video. Plan ko mag apply ng student visa for Jan. 2022. Just wanna ask po, pwede ko po bang i include sa work experience na nag work ako sa small family business ng kapatid ko? During the pandemic kc d na ko nkabalik abroad kaya sa kapatid ko muna ako nag trabaho. Pwede bang gamitin sa future application ng PR ang COE pag ung work experience ko ay sa family business? Related naman po sa past experience ko ang ginagawa ko currently. Also, for the work experience within 10yrs kailangan po ba na may duties and responsibilities lahat ng COE from my previous employers? What if ung ibang COE na walang nakalagay na duties and responsibilities pwede po bang i submit? Nag try akong mag request pero di naman na sila mkapag provide.

We wanted to ask some questions sana maybe you
could help us since we are planning to study in Canada specifically in Conestoga.
You mentioned in one of your vlog that you study 2 different program, and we have read that once you acquired your certificate you’re not allowed to work anymore.
We wanted to ask if we will be taking 2 different program are we not allowed to work for 4 months which is the vacation time before the 1st term starts (for the 2nd program)?
Hope you can answer our question it would help us a lot, thank you and keep safe.
So in my case when I was still studying, I took my 1st program from Jan to Dec 2018. My 2nd program was from Jan to April 2019. I didn’tvhave any scheduled break.
But if you are applying for 2 programs and you needed to pasue for a 1 semester, make sure that it is a scheduled break so that you can work fulltime but if not, don’t risk and don’t work.
I suggest, you need to coordinate to your international advisor for clarification as well. It actually depends on the program and the DLI.
Hi , I have one year working holiday and approved the one year working visa from WH, can I use the one year working visa working experience to apply express entry to get PR? My position is restaurant manager it is NOC 0, A, B
Hi Jayson, I've watched some of your videos and they're very informative. I'm currently studying my PhD in Canada (I've been in Canada for 5 years already, studying) and I'm thinking about applying through the FSW path, because I have work experience in my home country plus some in Canada. I haven't been able to know from your videos, even if I haven't graduated yet, can I already apply through the FSW path if I fulfill the requirements? Is it possible as a current international student to apply for that path? Please let me know what you know about this! I'd appreciate it a lot. =)

i wanted to know if all the names should be in capital? It says exactly as shown in your passport. In my passport, its all in capital but when i filled out the express entry, I only made the first letters capital. Will this be an issue? thank you

Hi Jayson Jim, I am still waiting for the result of my student visa but I did not submit my school credential in WES or ECA yet. I completed my 4 year course in the philippines already. If for example I will be in Canada, would it be better if I submit my school credential in WES or IQAS while studying or after I finish the 2 year diploma? Thank you for your response.
Thanks for watching and for the comment. ECA will be needed in applying for your PR in CA. In my opinion, if I have known the ECA thing when I was still back home, I should’ve requested it as it is valid for 5 years.

(3) please for property, palm trees, Land, House, tenant, and landlord, how did i proof to the immigration official sir? which document or certificate is needed?

With number 3, I think, whatever you have, you can provide copies of it. I suggest to go to a consultant to guide you accordingly.

Hi, I need a little information regarding about culinary program in post graduation certificate.
Actually the program is 2 years, but the semester finish in 1 year +. Rest of the 8months can work part time!!!! after the time (2years) only we have apply for pgwp right!!! Kindly help me dude.

I suggest to study in a DLI that offers PGWP so that you can work after your studies and get Canadian experience as it is one of the important factors in applying PR as well.

Hi, I have 3 questions for to enquiry regarding about programs.
1.so 1 year culinary or hospitality certificate course is ellgigle for PGWP. If is ellgigle how long can stay in PGWP and possible to convert work permit. ?
2.I done my diploma in hotel management MY and foundation done in SG same field in hospitality, so I need your recommend in constenga college (Because you been study there before) is worth it in culinary certificate programs!?
3.Any age limit and gap is considered in the admission requirements.

Thanks for watching and for the comment. If you will choose Conestiga College, it offers PGWP. If you will take 1 yr program, you’ll get 1 yr PGWP. If your background is in hospitality industry, better stick to it so that you won’t have a hard time defending your chosen program. Application of SP doesn’t have any age limit. It is the matter or applying for PR.
