- A little ride with the legendary Renault Safrane Biturbo Baccara. One of the only 806 produced. The car is probably in the best condition of all still functional Biturbos in the world. I "only" have a normal Safrane Baccara :) It's not that quick but a nice one :) 116.000km. And an Avantime V6 :)
OMG Avantime V6, I absolutely love this car!!! Congrats to this ultrarare beauty. This biturbo is a little bit modified - has 320HP. Little display show boost pressure - normal is 0,5bar, this provides 1,0bar.

Cause the PK9 was known for break down very early :( Even with factory 263HP..... Renault itsef wanted about 360HP i heard. But the gearbox was not capable...

What actions did you take to increase it to 0.8 bar? also how can i adjust wastegate settings? I just restored my car and I do not know if it is in the settings it should be now. Could you help? The only true Good French Car, I love the Phase 1 Renault Safrane and Love The BiTurbo. Just a shame they never came here in the UK. Even though this car was made around 1993 8 years before I was born I somehow love it and the only French car I love. Here the Safranes were not exactly popular but good but they are either Basic or Luxurious but not sporty and fresh unlike the BiTurbo. I love My British, American, Italian mostly but the Phase 1 Safrane is an exception. But yet I hate the Laguna 1 Phase 1 and think it’s the ugliest car ever made. The Safrane is like the Mona Lisa to the Garbage Of What is the Laguna 1 Phase 1

@ALEX TERIEUR It’s funny when most cars that breakdown are French, I think you’ll find it’s the French Cars that can’t run properly. It’s called Maintenance moron the 2600 is a great engine. French Cars are worst reliable and are built like shite, that’s why after 16 years there is plenty of Rovers still on the Road and most French Cars don’t make it to 10 years old.
