A new, "hybrid" version of 'Lost' debuted at this show. The first verse and chorus were played in piano form as in 2024, but the full band kicked in following the 1st chorus. This was the first time the full band version of the song was played, and the first time the full song was performed

Love that they’re playing this in full, whilst not ‘perfect’ here it’ll only get better and better the more they play it. And Emily sounds incredible during the bridge!

It is so funny how Emily starts the 2nd verse one bar too early and tries to hold back her laughing while correcting herself 😅

I'm really happy that they started playing the entire song. Now I also want them to start singing the Arcane's version of "Heavy is the Crown" before going really heavy with the album version.

Back in 2023 I was hesitant to listen to it. I was feeling a bit insulted by the AI addition when I heard the first seconds and thought it wouldn’t do it for me.
2024 was a year full of change for me. Moved to a different city. Got a new job. And I even started making changes for the better regarding my health and physique (kinda😂)
During my first days, I started noticing this girl riding the same bus I do pretty much every day.
Long story short, ended up falling for her without her having to say a single word. Pure eye contact. I get off a stop after hers, and on our way back, we do get off on the same stop. But I get on on mine, and she does on hers. And after sometime, I decided to glance at her for a sec when she got on, and ever since, we started making a ye contact every single day like that. And she also started sitting near me (always within closure, but never next to me😂)
One day after my shift ended, while I was waiting for the bus, she showed up at my bus stop. After almost 5 months of not “bumping into each other” if not in the bus stop back home.
There she was, about a meter and a half in front of me 🥹 I swear I could feel my heart beat, and my knees shaking uncontrollably 😭 I tried saying something like a hi or anything, but when I opened my mouth I felt as if I was about to cry, and could not go on.
She then turned around and looked at me. Turned her body towards me a little and I noticed she was about to say something, but then she turned around as well, after I acted like I was trying to see if the bus was coming, and crossed her arms.
I was wearing my AirPods listening to some random music on TH-cam, but then, this came up…I remember looking at the sky and asking god why he wasn’t letting me feel confident enough with myself. Why was I feeling that altered. All while this was playing.
I remember asking myself why I had made so many wrong decisions, and really hated myself at that moment for not being the version of me I wish I was for her.🔥 I really felt it.
That was Friday, august 23. And next week, I still saw her on Monday, but that was the last time I saw her.
A couple weeks later, I made up my mind she wasn’t coming back. And that’s also when I heard Linkin park was coming back, because I was listening to lost, but as I was leaning down on a pillow crying my soul out in silence, the emptiness machine came up after, I was, once again, feeling hesitant to listen to anything new, and even told myself Emily wasn’t doing it for me. But the rest is history.
When I heard this at the concert, I wasn’t able to hold it. 🥹😭
Till Emily messed up 😂 I love her and the new songs, and the way they delivered the show.
Emily working with the old tracks is something I’ll always admire💪 and then when they played faint, and bleed it out, the endings of those two, it was to me like they were showing it is never over, it’s always a new beginning 🔥 and I’ll never be able to describe with words how much they’ve done for me.
It's amazing how music has the power to impact us.
Lost never had AI in it? It was the recorded version from meteora untouched

@@Pistacho123LolI'd love for this to be true, but all band members on stage (apart from Colin on drums) are singing on the bridge, and it's almost certainly one of them. I haven't yet heard any Chester vocals on the playback stems or samples, except for obvious FX parts like Waiting For The End intro/bridge, and A Place For My Head pre-chorus.
