As usual, good quality video from all angles. Many people buy wood chips for their garden beds etc. as mulch. You could likely bag it and sell it by the bag to pay for your chipper. I would appreciate a decibel reading since some of the chippers are very loud when chipping. Keep up the quality presentations!

When you mentioned the clogging, it was good to hear that it was easy to unclog and didn't happen too often. That flap thing makes so much sense.
My only concern with this is where to buy new blades when necessary.
I don't know if P.A. carries the blade, but if so, I'd like to buy a pack or 2 right up front.
I'll also have to check its width when assembled as the entrance to the garage is only about 21" to maybe 23". Our slow blower just makes it in. LOL
In seeing what you've done with yours, I can't see not buying this.
We have a big tree that we're taking down much of it and the small chipper we have, can only handle about 1.78" branches.
Sigh... fun times. LOL
It's a great machine and comes with spare blades!!! 😄 Plus you can buy parts etc from DK2. I would hazard a guess the blades can be re-sharpened judging by the thickness of the spares. Don't bother with the bag or the bag holder! Good luck with the tree work 🌳🪓

I have a couple of questions for you as I just brought one home today.
First, no where on any site does it say that the gasoline must be "mid-grade" or higher.
Yet, in the manual it does. I didn't expect that and probably wouldn't have purchased it.
But do you know if it would still be ok to run in on regular gasoline instead of mid or premium?
I had to confirm, but yet, it does come with a 2nd set of blades, so that's good.
I'm not sure, at this point, if I should stop assembling it, unless it's not an issue using regular gasoline.
Thoughts?
