May I ask a question ? Did Rosco's personality change in your opinion after his neuter ? I am really curious about if neutering changes a dog's personality. I know it has been a while since he got neutered. So in hind sight , do you think it changed his personality much !
I know this question isn’t for me. But I have had 2 male dogs. Both neutered. I can confidently say after the neuter my dogs personality did not change at all. (I’m honestly convinced he didn’t even notice it happened.) however he did mellow only a tiny bit. Less, erm, excited down there. More focused on play and fun instead. Hope this helps a bit. However unless you plan to let your dog partner with a female I think it’s a bit mean to leave them with horny hormones but never be able to do anything with them. It sounds maddening.

you’re supposed to train them to like to be in backpacks first, not shove them inside and expect them to like it
