The helmets look good, as do the free style hearts. If you have not tried it, loosen the boot lace in the liner webbing and the leather sweat band. It should fit better.
I didn't want to adjust anything since the helmet isn't for me and I didn't want to mess anything up for the guy the helmet is going to. I also meant the liner itself fits very snug into the shell.
Several coats of paint and clear coat from all angles, both of which I learned the hard way. On my newer restorations I still have some cork fall off but it's not as bad as it used to be at all
