I make a point of doing this with all the bosses I’ve worked with,not until after I have gotten to know them but it absolutely helps to not put your boss on a pedestal.
If you can’t joke with them about a silly mistake you sure ain’t going to do it when they make big mistakes or challenge them if they are wrong.
@@BigHeadClan lucky you, here in italy if you work in a company and dare to do this with the ceo you would get fired immediately. We have a much older conception of the relationship between the employer and the employee, where the ceo or whoever has a position of power is on a pedestal and can't be touched by anyone, except their superior
