This is honestly unironically a much better Swan Lake movie than The Swan Princess. It's less boring, the characters are more likeable, and it actually uses Tchaikovsky's music (seriously, why the hell wasn't any of Tchaikovsky's music in The Swan Princess?). Swan Princess admittedly has better animation (I'm only referring to the original, the CGI sequels look absolutely hideous), but the Barbie version is more enjoyable overall.
