    Great video, thanks! I have over 1000 miles on my 2 Talaria Sting R MX4's I bought in May 2023 from Luna Cycles. I agree with pretty much everything you mentioned. Mine have riser bars, direct mount stem, stem lock, footpegs, axle blocks, headlight (and switch), roller chain, Rippin Moto 250mm front brakes, Shimano pads, grips and custom seat covers. So about $1200 in upgrades from stock. I ride every day in all kinds of terrain, rain or shine. I routinely go 40 miles on a charge. I've already sold 2 other bikes because I don't ride them anymore. The MX4 is just that good! Mine have held up to lots of abuse and I get up each morning thinking about my next ride. Life is good!

    • @mconradb
      @mconradb ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Talariaboys I personally like it. I'm only riding off road.
      Much more comfortable to sit without feeling like my knees are in my chest, other option for that was lower pegs and lose clearance.
      Much better standing, now if I squeeze the bike it's with my knees and not my lower legs... there is actually something there.
      Allows for larger rear tire.
      Will be able to fit a larger battery without changing, modifying, or raising (independently) the battery cover. Now it stays in line with the seat so I can get way forward if I need to and the lines of the bike stay the same, if you know what I mean.
      Gives me a little more room under the battery cover and there's actually a void under the seat now for "accessories" if you want to add anything to your bike discreetly.
      I will say the bike may look a little goofy with the riser and small wheels, but with a 21 in the front and 18 or 19 on the rear it looks like it was meant to be.
      I guess I really like my seat riser...
      It's all about what fits you and what you like.
      I'm glad we're all different, life would be boring otherwise.
      Keep ripping boys! Enjoy the videos and definitely jealous of the landscapes you have available to you. Here in New England it's tight, ROCKY, and mostly not legal.
      I'm 5' 8", 32" inseam, 170lbs, in case anyone is curious.

      Adjusting the spring tighter doesn’t make your shock any longer to fix the geometry. The tire should not hit the seat frame before it bottoms the shock out even if the shock is set to soft. The shock should just bottom out.
