Thanks a lot for the playthrough guys! This game feels like Mega-Splendor with Power Armor. At first I wasnt interested but there looks like a lot of good decision space here and the Candy Crush look to the pieces is great too.
As an original backer, the Fantasia guys are legends bringing this back from the brink. Your play-through really shows that while the game has changed a bit in the last couple of years, it is still looking pretty nice. I'm finally starting to feel positive about the whole game again.
At 50:44 it is mentioned "you need to store from something specific", but the rules actually say that a Super Ingredient can be used: "The Ingredient you discard must be of the same type as the given Stored Ingredient token (or a Super Ingredient)."
Yeah it’s a pretty feel good story actually. One of the folks at Fantasia is one of the original designers and they wanted to see it through and have this game finally get out there
I enjoyed the playthrough, but every time Nick got a jarred ingredient I was screaming at him to take a cream - if I understand his characters bonus correctly that would have given him a permanent wild to use on every recipe.

yeah it's really awesome that they stuck it out and made this game happen. Bravo to them!
Thanks from Brazil 😊
Game has more crunch than I thought. Great playthrough

Good catch!
At 36:30, you should have placed ingredients on the empty purple plate too
Nice playthrough. Cool game. Thank you!
Any time!
We backed this on kickstarter like 6 years ago, the original publisher abandoned it. I never thought I'd ever see this!

Man I’m so glad to FINALLY see that this game has reached the finish line. I feel terrible for those original KS backers. 2018 was a long time ago.
Yeah I’m really happy the game got to see the light of day finally. It’s a feel good story for sure

Character abilities require an ingredient token(s). They can't be combined with jarred ingredients.
Already commented but yeah you have to have an actual token to trigger the chef ability so unfortunately
Well I feel better for knowing that.

It’s safe to say some errors were made. We’re human after all

9:48. shouldn't the cream be on the border and the chocolate in the ingredient tile?
Yeah we mixed them after they got knocked around.
Is this going to be available to purchase by the general public outside of the kickstarter backers?
We don’t know the exact trajectory for this game, but I would assume so
When is the game available?
Q4 of this year :)
They beat me to it
