A modern big mall like plaza should be constructed in halfway in both sides along the expressway which can have food courts, eateries and all those toy shops should be given space over there. This should be done on both sides of expressway. A petrol pump should also be opened beside it. It will act as a one stop destination where people can fill petrol/diesel , have lunch , dinner, breakfast, some snacks along with tea or coffee, can sit and relax in the food court with clean washrooms and most importantly buy these toys along with everything else. If all these facilities are provided at one location it will greatly boost the business as more people will stop there. I remember this concept has been implemented along the Mumbai Pune expressway and its quiet successful. Its located midway in a place called Lonavala on both the ends of the expressway where they have a mall like food plaza and they also have shops selling specific famous local eatables like Chikki and Strawberry's which are the local produce of Lonawala.
do you realy think the building of a mall well be economical in that area were there no high income people .The food malls will start from 150 and you think it will sustain it self
Very nice report about the handicraft industry in Chenipatanam which is affected due to the construction of bypass highway therein While it's appreciable that certain measures are being taken for restoration of its brightness along with further developments to skilled manpower...
